Artist Release | 'The Things We Keep' by Skye Miller
Happy Thursday, friend! We're back this week to introduce you to Skye Miller, another new addition to the Collective!

‘The Things We Keep’ collection reads like a love letter to the vase and blooms still life, reimagined again and again in a loose, gestural hand that never quite lets the flowers sit still. Miller moves fluidly between moody indigo on cream compositions, blooms caught mid-sway in a vessel, an inky iris rendered with a single line and warmer, more textured pieces where patterned backgrounds and unexpected color pairings give the work added depth.

We are so happy to be introducing you to our newest Collective addition, Kirksey Lowther based in the mountains of North Carolina!

At first glance you notice the quilts throughout this collection but then they become something more, a kind of textile that's clearly been loved for generations. But look closer, and the quilt is the entire world: a tent, a hideaway, a safety, a sun-warmed cocoon perfect for napping.
