    Join us in welcoming Columbia, South Carolina based artist, Miles Purvis to the Campbell Collective!
     
    This collection is where the intersection of new and old intertwine to create something incredible. Miles gathered images from Rothko art books and cut out shapes to create these colorful, mixed-media bunny collages.
    Rothko Inspired Collage Art Bunnies
     
    The artist states, “I have been walking my neighborhood every morning for the past few months and like clockwork, I always see at least one bunny, usually 3-4, throughout my walk. Getting movement in the morning light and seeing them has truly been the highlight of my pregnancy and summer. I feel like they have been speaking to me in this season of life so I decided to go with that creative pull and create a new series! They are collaged and each have Rothko touches from a set of vintage art books I have held on to. I went with a minimalist blank background to veer more on a more sophisticated/clean look."
